Littlefield, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 1304, dated October 2, 1998 and being the same property conveyed by Quit-Claim Deed from Charlotte Chambliss to Charles Stewart dated November 2, 1998 and recorded in Deed Book 546, Page 309 of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Sumter County, Georgia.
This said tract 1 being the property deeded to Fred J. Young by deed which is recorded in Deed Book 39, Pages 341-342 of the Sumter County, Georgia Deed Records.
TRACT 2: That certain tract or parcel of land, being more particularly described as follows: A vacant lot lying west of what is known as the old school house lot, same being 300 X 550 feet, bounded now or formerly as follows: North by Howell Street, East by School House Lot, South by property of Mrs. Chapman and B. J. Sims, and West by Public Road, said property located in the Town of Leslie, in the 15th Land District of Sumter County, Georgia. Except a certain tenant house and 50 feet of land in a square shape which faces on Howell Street, said house and 50 feet of land previously deeded to Jeanette Young. This said Tract 2 being the property deeded to Fred J. Young by deed which is recorded in Deed Book 124, Page 305 of the Sumter County, Georgia Deed Records.
TRACT 3: Said property located in the County of Sumter and more particularly described as follows: One lot with all improvements thereon located in the City limits of Leslie, Georgia, said lot facing one-hundred feet on Leslie-Smithville Public Road, west and bounded now or formerly as follows: On North by Ted Young lot, on East by Dolly Chapman lot, and on the South by lot of Fred J. Young. Said lot being in the shape of a parallelogram and being one-hundred feet wide all the way from east to west. This said Tract 3 being the property deeded to Fred J. Young by deed which is recorded in Deed Book 62, Page 361 of the Sumter County, Georgia Deed Records.
TRACT 4: A certain parcel of land with all improvements thereon, located in the Town of Leslie in the 15th Land District of Sumter County, Georgia; said fifty foot square of land facing north on Howell Street. This being the same parcel of land as described in Warranty Deed from Mrs. E. D. Young to Jeanette Young, dated September 18, 1959, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Superior Court, Sumter County, Georgia, on January 24, 1964, in Deed Book 68, Page 468. This also being the same parcel of land shown as an exception in a Warranty Deed from Mrs. E. D. Young to Fred J. Young, dated September 18, 1959, and recorded in the Clerk's Office, Superior Court, Sumter County, Georgia, January 24, 1964, in Deed Book 68, Page 469. The above described parcel has one wooden frame dwelling located thereon. This said Tract 4 being the property deeded to Fred J.
