NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
GEORGIA, TIFT COUNTY
WHEREAS, on June 30, 2004, Creg Bernard Riggins a/k/a Craig Bernard Riggins executed and delivered to First Community Bank of Tifton a deed to secure debt conveying the following described real estate to secure payment of a promissory note of even date therewith, such deed to secure debt being recorded in Deed Book 1126, Pages 180-184, in the office of the Clerk of Tift Superior Court; and
WHEREAS, said deed to secure debt conveyed the following described real estate to secure payment of all renewal loans and advances subsequently made to Creg Bernard Riggins a/k/a Craig Bernard Riggins by First Community Bank of Tifton; and
WHEREAS, First Community Bank of Tifton made a renewal loan to Creg Bernard Riggins a/k/a Craig Bernard Riggins, said loan being evidenced by a promissory note; and
WHEREAS, said promissory note has become in default and First Community Bank of Tifton has exercised its option to declare the entire unpaid balance of principal and interest on said note immediately due and payable in accordance with the provisions of said note and deed to secure debt.
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of such note, deed to secure debt and applicable laws of the State of Georgia, First Community Bank of Tifton will offer the following described real estate for sale to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door in Tifton, Tift County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on Tuesday, August 3, 2010:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Tift, State of Georgia, and being all of Lot 6, Block 1, of the Jeff Mathis Subdivision, of Phillipsburg, as shown on a map or plot of said subdivision, prepared by M.R. Lindsey, Registered Surveyor, and recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 227, office of Clerk of Superior Court, Tift County, Georgia; said plat being incorporated into this description by reference thereto. This is the same property conveyed to Alton Childs by Jeff Mathis on September 19, 1946, in Deed Book 38, Page 563, office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Tift County, Georgia.

Such sale may be continued from day to day until concluded. First Community Bank of Tifton reserves the right to postpone such sale, to reject any and all bids, and to bid at such sale. Flowers, Executrix of the Estate of E.M. Flowers, Jr. to Branch Banking and Trust Company of all of the debts of Flowers Brothers Produce Company LLC to Branch Banking and Trust Company, under the following dates: March 11, 2005; September 20, 2006; November 29, 2007; and November 14, 2008, which debts of Flowers Brothers Produce Company to Branch Banking and Trust Company are more specifically identified as follows: Promissory Note dated March 11, 2005 in the original principal amount of Five Hundred Nine Thousand One Hundred Thirty Four and 27/100 Dollars ($509,134.27), as last modified December 14, 2009, Business Equityline Agreement and Promissory Note dated March 11, 2005 in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($200,000.00), last modified December 14, 2009; Promissory Note dated June 2, 2006 in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), last modified December 15, 2009; and Promissory Note dated October 5, 2007 in the original principal amount of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00), last modified December 15, 2009.
