WHEREAS, on November 4, 2002, EDDIE L. McCOY and SHARONDA McCOY executed a certain Installment Note and Security Deed With Power of Sale in order to secure the indebtedness therein recited, as shown by the record of same in Deed Book 952 page 93 of the Deed Records of Thomas County, Georgia, conveying the following described property, to-wit:

All those tracts or parcels of land situate, lying and being in the City of Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia, known as Lots Numbers Ninety-one (91) and Ninety-Two (92) in that certain subdivision known as “McLauchlin Heights” as shown by a plat of said subdivision recorded in Book “WW”, folio 319, Records of Deeds in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Thomas County, Georgia.
